- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Raw Coconut Juice
- ½ lemon, peel and all
Juicing fruits and vegetables provides a healthy way to get extra nutrients into your body and give you a burst of energy. Freshly juiced fruits and veggies provide an abundance of nutrients and enzymes that are easily assimilated by the body.
When juicing, I use a Champion juicer. When buying a juicer it’s important to buy the best quality that you can afford. It makes a big difference in taste and the amount of juice that can be extracted.
Directions:
- Wash all fruits and veggies.
- Using a Juicer, combine all ingredients except coconut juice and blend
- Add coconut juice and stir.
- Enjoy!
