• 1½ Cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tsp. Aluminum-free Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbs. dry Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • 2 Tbs. Raw Sugar or Agave
  • 1½ Cups Buttermilk or plan soy yogurt
  • ¾ Cup olive oil

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add Buttermilk (or replace with plain soy yogurt for vegan version) and Olive Oil.
Whisk together. If the batter seems thick add more Buttermilk or soy yogurt.
Pour onto hot sprayed waffle iron. Bake until golden. Serve hot.
