- 1 cup Mango
- 1 banana
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 strawberry or fruit piece of choice to top
- 3 Small mint leafs to top
We traveled last weekend and ate more food than normal. My energy is a bit low so I’ll have a smoothie every morning this week to improve my health. This smoothie has: Mango, banana, hemp seeds, oat milk, coconut yogurt topped with a strawberry from our garden, hemp seeds and mint.
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in blender except strawberry & mint toppers
- Blend for about 2 – 3 mins
- Pour in a glass,
- Sprinkle hemp seeds on tope then place strawberry & mint of fruit of choice on top. (optional)
