• 1 cup Mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 - 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 strawberry or fruit piece of choice to top
  • 3 Small mint leafs to top

We traveled last weekend and ate more food than normal. My energy is a bit low so I’ll have a smoothie every morning this week to improve my health. This smoothie has: Mango, banana, hemp seeds, oat milk, coconut yogurt topped with a strawberry from our garden, hemp seeds and mint.

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender except strawberry & mint toppers
  2. Blend for about 2 – 3 mins
  3. Pour in a glass,
  4. Sprinkle hemp seeds on tope then place strawberry & mint of fruit of choice on top. (optional)
