• 1 - 2 Burger patties per burger (Vegetarian burger of choice, Beyond Meat most like Meat)
  • 1 Potato burger bun per burger
  • 1 - 2 Smoked Provolone Cheese (vegan from liolife) or cheese of choice (optional)
  • vegenaise mayonnaise (optional)
  • ketchup (optional)
  • Sweet pickles to taste (optional)
  • Mustered (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Fresh Tomatoes (optional)
  • Add any other ingredients of choice i.e. BBQ Sauce

Burger with beyond meat burger patty, smoked provolone cheese (vegan from liolife) vegenaise mayonnaise w/olive oil, ketchup, potato burger bun and the feature of the post are home made sweet pickles. Yes, I made them, so yummy!

Directions:

  1. Cook burger patty of choice either on the grill or in an oven at 350 degrees for about 10 mins.
  2. Put Smoked Provolone Cheese on top of burger for last 3 mins to melt.
  3. Put bun in oven for last 2 mins to warm or longer if you want it toasted.
  4. Take burger patty & bun out of oven, spread vegan mayonnaise of choice on both sides of bun, place pickles on top of cheese and add ketchup or any other goodies on top such as onions, lettuce, etc..
  5. Enjoy!
